@Peter: you can add as many sending domains as you wish - we don't have any strict requirements for that. Yet, you should authenticate each one accordingly by adding the SPF records we provide in your hosting admin panel

Can I use it for newsletter sign-up? If so, does it have feature when user sign-up, automatically send an email to verify subscribing? Because my website sign-up form doesn't have captcha to prevent bot sign-up.

@Peter: Thank you for your question! Yes, you can use UniOne for sending newsletters to your users if organized automatically, via API since we do not store the contacts on our side. This is why we also don't have an automated double opt-in feature, so we expect it to be implemented on your side. @Akarim: Thank you for your interest in our product!

You can use either SMTP or Web API connection to send emails via our product. As for the SMTP - we provide you with all the needed settings. In terms of Web API, you can use our documentation to build the integration yourself or use one of our libraries if they fit your needs.

We provide you with 100 free email validations to try. All used over this volume will be charged at a rate of $2 per 1000 validations from the connected bank card.

I am confused, will I need SMTP to use your product or not. Or I can start sending emails after purchasing without anything else needed.

@Akarim: Please let me know which way would you like to send emails, so I can explain you more specifically how our platform works.

Since our UniOne tool is purposed for email integration, you can not send emails via its interface without setting up the connection through SMTP or Web API. Yet, you don't need to set up your own SMTP server as UniOne serves as the one.

Can we use this for cold outreach marketing emails?

I am not sure what you mean by “sending non spamminh email”

@shopaholic: Thank you for your question! No, cold email outreach is not something our tool is purposed for. At UniOne, we focus on successful delivery of emails to those people who are your active subscribers, and gave you the permission to email them. These might be transactional emails (sign-up confirmations, password recovery, different alerts, etc.) or bulk emails (newsletters, triggered promo campaigns, and so on).

@Andres: Thanks a lot for your question! Yes, you can have different clients on the same account using our “projects” feature - it can be activated via the request to our support team. Each project will have its individual API key, webhooks to track the email events, and you can also see the analytics about each one separately in your account.
